Mindy Curtis, Architect

A licensed architect and lighting designer, Mindy leads Club Capital’s design and renovation efforts in a role spanning concept design and branding all the way through construction and design realization. After a successful 10-year architecture career in California, where she crafted a unique skill set that combines creativity with a human-centered design philosophy, Mindy serves as a pivotal force in Club Capital’s pursuit of innovative design and resident satisfaction.

Mindy started her career as an architect at Corsini Stark Architects, where she worked on a diverse range of projects spanning from restaurants and food & beverage shops at the LAX airport, to a Harry Potter-themed roller coaster at Universal Studios, to multifamily properties. She then worked for KGM Architectural Lighting as a lighting designer, where she specialized in both luxury residential and commercial lighting designs with projects including multifamily properties, commercial & office spaces, and trophy downtown complexes.  

With a rigorous education from the University of Southern California’s architecture program, including a semester in Italy, Mindy’s global design perspective is enriched by her extensive travels across five continents. Proficient in four languages, she seamlessly integrates cultural nuances into her work, creating authentic spaces that resonate with people and communities. Beyond her professional achievements, Mindy’s passion extends to empowering others through education and writing.
